Legal information
Last updated: 29 October 2026
In short: this website uses no cookies, whether for tracking, advertising or analytics. It only stores in your browser the language you choose and, while you browse, the service or model you are asking about, to fill in the form for you, and the shop cart if you use it. We do not track your activity.
A cookie is a small text file that websites store in your browser to remember information about your visit. There are different types depending on their purpose and origin.
This website does not set cookies. It uses two storage mechanisms built into the browser (localStorage and sessionStorage), which work in a similar way to a cookie but are not sent to the server with every request. Both are technical and are used to provide the service you request.
Key: acdco-idioma (localStorage)
Type: Technical / user preference
Purpose: To remember the language you have chosen (Spanish, English, German, French, Italian or Portuguese) so the website is shown in that language and you are not asked again
Duration: Persistent until you delete it
Data stored: A two-letter language code ("es", "en", "de", "fr", "it" or "pt")
Keys: acdco-servicio and acdco-modelo (sessionStorage)
Type: Technical / strictly necessary
Purpose: When you press the button to request a proposal from a service, a project or a catalogue model, to carry that choice to the contact form so you do not have to type it
Duration: Deleted as soon as the form reads it and, in any case, when you close the tab
Data stored: The service, project or model chosen and, if you used a calculator, a summary of the options you selected. No personal data
Key: acdco-carrito (localStorage)
Type: Technical / strictly necessary
Purpose: To keep the shop cart (the machines, their configuration and the units) while you browse the website, until you place the order or empty it
Duration: Persistent until you send the order, empty the cart or delete it
Data stored: The machines and options chosen. No personal data: your company details are only sent when you place the order
For your peace of mind, this website:
No. This is exclusively technical storage needed to provide the service you ask for (remembering your language and carrying your choice to the form). Under Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies, this storage does not require your consent, so we do not show cookie banners.
This website does not load any third-party resources. Fonts, images and all other files are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to outside servers when you visit the site and no external company receives your IP address.
Links to external services you may find (for example, the "Get directions" link that opens a map) only work if you choose to click them, and they open in a new tab. From that moment on, the privacy policy of the service concerned applies.
sessionStorage data is deleted automatically. If you want to delete the stored language preference, you can do so in your browser settings:
If you have any questions about this policy, you can write to us at info@acdcompany.es.
